About The Position

Highrise AI is hiring Network Engineers to expand its AI Infrastructure Service Operations team. The role supports the performance and reliability of network infrastructure for HPC AI/ML workloads and serves as an escalation point for the frontline NOC. It combines expertise in switch fabric, storage networking, and WAN technologies with operational discipline, automation capability, and customer-facing skills. The position supports large-scale AI compute infrastructure across multiple sites. It requires travel to data centers for cluster commissioning, acceptance, and complex troubleshooting, as well as flexibility to assist with critical incidents or maintenance outside regular business hours. The role is hybrid or remote depending on location. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Highrise describes the opportunity as a chance to influence the performance, reliability, and production readiness of large-scale AI clusters, collaborate with experienced infrastructure engineers, and help define technical standards for a growing global AI infrastructure platform. Team members may work with peers from diverse backgrounds, propose products and initiatives to leadership, contribute in a meritocratic environment, and build professional connections across technology, energy, and infrastructure.
