About The Position

We are seeking a Network Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to support enterprise and data center networking environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco, Juniper, NVIDIA/Mellanox InfiniBand, routing and switching, and large-scale network architectures. The essential functions of this position include designing, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise and data center networks. This role involves supporting Cisco and Juniper routing and switching environments, configuring and troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking. The engineer will work with large-scale data center network architectures, including spine-leaf and VXLAN environments, and perform network configuration, migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting network performance, connectivity, routing, and switching issues, collaborating with server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure teams, and providing hands-on support during data center deployments and network implementation activities. Additionally, the role involves assisting with physical networking activities such as cabling, port connectivity, labeling, and hardware installation/validation, supporting VMware networking and integration, and developing/maintaining network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of hands-on network engineering experience
  • Must be willing to travel to customer/data center locations as required
  • Strong experience with Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching
  • Experience with Juniper networking platforms.
  • Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VXLAN
  • Layer 2/Layer 3 routing and switching
  • Experience with NVIDIA/Mellanox InfiniBand networking.
  • Strong understanding of data center and large-scale network architectures
  • Working knowledge of VMware networking and virtualization environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams

  • Support NVIDIA/Mellanox InfiniBand networks, including switches, fabric configuration, and troubleshooting
