Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in RF optimization or RAN performance for cellular networks
  • Familiarity with 4G/5G technologies
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation tools, including Python and Power BI
  • Understanding of RF KPIs, performance optimization, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Ability to apply Six Sigma approaches to lead improvement projects from concept through to completion
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including construction, automation, and service delivery
  • Strong communication skills to convey project status and technical insights to Project Managers, Integration Managers, Sales teams, Area Directors, and other stakeholders
  • Commitment to providing timely, clear communication to both internal teams and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Conduct process assessments and identify opportunities for optimization across business functions
  • Lead Six Sigma projects through the full lifecycle — including definition, analysis, solution design, and implementation
  • Design and deploy AI and RPA solutions to automate repetitive processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
