About The Position
Responsible for lab racking and stacking, configurations, customer recreates, ordering equipment, managing the inventory, and managing the topology and platforms. Candidate should have troubleshooting experience. Moreover, the individual should be proactive with good communication skills, keeping the customer and internal employees informed and updated on the required tasks. He/she should be able to handle urgent requests and be able to resolve issues single handedly.
