About The Position

This position supports an Intelligence Community (IC) program at Fort Meade, MD, performing senior-level network engineering services from design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of existing networks. The Network Engineer will serve as a technical lead on complex network engineering efforts, operating network analyzers, WAN test equipment, and network simulators, leading large-scale installation projects, and developing algorithms for networking and telecommunications models within a classified, on-site operational environment. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and a CI Investigation closed within the last 5 years, along with a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III baseline certification held prior to start. At Level 3, this position expects a senior practitioner with 10+ years of relevant network engineering experience who can lead complex and large-scale network projects, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, serve as the senior technical authority on network architecture decisions, and interface directly with program leadership and mission partners. All work is performed on-site in a classified facility at Fort Meade. This position requires direct employment with EmergeATS (Kroll subsidiary). No sub-to-sub arrangements.
