About The Position

The Network Engineer will support the firm’s hybrid and cloud infrastructure, providing escalation-level network and systems support while maintaining reliable connectivity across a modern SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, and cloud environment. The role will have a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and the firm’s ongoing migration from on-premises infrastructure to SaaS and cloud platforms. The engineer will also support network security, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and cloud migrations while serving as a senior escalation point for infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of network/infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco/Meraki, SD-WAN, Intune/Autopilot, M365, AVD, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Entra ID/AD, NetApp, and backup/DR technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong customer-service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities
