About The Position

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, focusing on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to operating data centers. The company hires people who care deeply about this problem space and operate with extreme ownership, velocity, first principles, and a passion for the work. The Network Team is responsible for building and running the networks that power AI training, including fabrics for large accelerator clusters and backbones between campuses. They aim to deliver full site networks rapidly through automation and model-driven designs.

Requirements

  • Owned corporate and wireless networking for a multi-site company.
  • Designed Wi-Fi for industrial RF environments and validated it with surveys.
  • Automate corporate network changes rather than clicking through them.
  • Pride in creating 'boring' networks (i.e., stable and reliable).

Nice To Haves

  • CWNA or CWDP certification.
  • Experience with NAC platforms.
  • Experience with SD-WAN.
  • Experience with Zero Trust rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Own wireless and corporate networking across offices and sites: Wi-Fi, campus LAN, and remote access.
  • Design and deploy wireless for hard RF environments: data halls, warehouses, and construction sites.
  • Run corporate network operations with automation-first discipline: config as code, zero-touch where possible.
  • Own network onboarding for new offices and sites to ensure seamless day-one connectivity.
