About The Position
This role is for a Network Engineer - Project Lead. The selected contractor will be responsible for network engineering tasks and project leadership. Lumen and/or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor; the contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
Requirements
- Cisco CCNA certification
- Cisco CCNP certification
- 4+ years of experience with Wireshark
- 4+ years of experience with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, and Switches
- Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- Experience designing networks
- Experience supporting Microsoft network communications (formerly MCSE)
- Experience with Azure
