About The Position
Our client is seeking a Network Engineer II to support a growing portfolio of facility buildouts and network deployment initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure for new site implementations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned networking professional with strong experience in enterprise network environments who can quickly contribute with minimal ramp-up. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale network deployments while partnering closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure new locations are secure, reliable, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Solid understanding of: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing & Switching, DHCP, DNS, Network connectivity and troubleshooting
- Experience configuring and supporting: Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred), Wireless Access Points, SD-WAN technologies
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Experience supporting network implementations, deployments, or site rollouts.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure for new facility and site deployments.
- Install and maintain routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues.
- Support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure network deployments meet security, reliability, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and deployment procedures.
- Travel to company locations as needed to support implementation projects.
