About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Network Engineer specializing in BMS/EPMS Networks to join their team. The company's mission is to make humanity more free by building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. They are focused on delivering massive amounts of compute infrastructure faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack from acquiring power to operating data centers. This role is crucial for building the networks that power AI training and operate gigawatt-scale campuses. The Network Team is responsible for building and running networks for AI training, including fabrics for large accelerator clusters and backbones between campuses. They aim to deliver full site networks rapidly through automation and machine validation. The specific role will own the facility networks, including the OT network layer for BMS, EPMS, and controls traffic, designing segmented and secured OT networks, standardizing the facility network reference design, and managing the OT/IT boundary with firewalls, monitoring, and access controls.

Requirements

Built networks for OT and industrial environments.
Know how controls protocols actually behave on a network, BACnet/IP quirks included.
Implemented OT segmentation that operations could live with.
Work with controls engineers as partners, not adversaries.
