About The Position

TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients world-wide. We are seeking a Network Edge Project Manager to provide New Commodity and NPI ramp support for customized Edge products deployed at Meta Points of Presence (PoPs). While these Edge products are primarily OEM-based, they involve a high degree of Meta-specific configuration and customization that requires dedicated program management and sourcing coordination. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end readiness of these commodities—from qualification through mass production (MP) ramp—while ensuring sourcing, manufacturing, and engineering teams are aligned to support continuous product evolution. The ideal candidate will thrive in environments with non-standard NPI processes, managing fast-moving roadmaps and a steady stream of configuration updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in hardware, sourcing, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong experience in Materials Management" (MM) and "Purchase Order (PO)" creation
• Proven ability to manage OEM-based programs with custom configurations or frequent design changes.
• Strong understanding of NPI qualification, sourcing enablement, and MP readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and supply chain teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple concurrent product streams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Network Infrastructure, Edge Hardware, or Data Center platforms.
• Prior exposure to Meta Infrastructure programs or similar large-scale hardware environments (e.g., Google, Apple, Amazon).
• Background in supplier qualification, sourcing operations, or commodity management.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for Network Edge commodities, from qualification through MP ramp.
• Partner with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure supplier readiness and alignment on new configuration releases.
• Coordinate OEM engagement and sourcing enablement for customized Edge hardware based across Meta's PoPs.
• Track readiness metrics, timelines, and risks associated with each Edge configuration release.
• Establish repeatable processes and governance models for managing continuous configuration changes and ramp activities.
• Drive communication between Network Engineering (NetEng), Sourcing, and MP teams to ensure smooth handoffs and transparency.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation for all active Edge commodity programs and roadmap items.
