About The Position

The Network Development Analyst role is crucial for improving national security by transforming vast amounts of data into actionable intelligence. This position involves seeking out accurate data sources, sifting through raw data, and converting it into valuable intelligence for senior policymakers and DoD officials. The analyst will explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help clients understand their mission environment. Responsibilities include validating information, applying client tradecraft, building assessments, and developing products tailored to clients at tactical to strategic levels. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and sharing methodologies with other analysts, with resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. The analyst will leverage expertise in all-source analysis techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policymakers and officials about military capabilities, political-military issues, military strategies, and the doctrine and intent of specified client areas of responsibility (AOR). The role requires using structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and applying specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts. The analyst will analyze the development of products tailored to clients, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.

Requirements

Experience with targeting or network development analysis and U.S. government all-source analysis production within the IC or Combatant Command environments
Experience using high-side tools, including Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON
Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED

Conducting order of battle analysis
Implementing technical solutions for big data problems
Experience analyzing issues pertaining to the MENA
Knowledge of the targeting lifecycle
Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Relations, or International Studies
Completion of a Target Network Profile Course
