About The Position

This position involves educating users on procedures for securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII), training users in the proper use of hardware or software, and developing training materials. The role also includes troubleshooting and repairing technical problems related to computer hardware, software, internet access, and peripheral equipment. Additionally, the technician will provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems, analyze and implement process improvements, and consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. The role also involves analyzing and providing recommendations for new or revised software products. Employees are expected to follow all company policies and procedures, protect company assets, and address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. This includes speaking with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, and assisting management in training, motivating, and mentoring employees. The technician will serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process, handling sensitive issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards is required, including monitoring the performance of others. The role involves entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be requested by Supervisors.
