What you’ll experience: Technologies that aren’t just top-notch, they’re often top-secret A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what’s next Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as it’s discovered Perform technical product support via telephone, email and on occasion, via field support Perform hardware and software system testing and configuration Develop, review and interpret technical documentation, including network diagrams Perform onsite and offsite technical Training on GDMS products Present and facilitate technical information concisely and clearly Provide product training in such a way to stimulate and motivate students Develop and proof read training materials Function independently in a multi-tasking environment and as a teammate Communicate with all levels of management, employees, and customers Participate in rotating, after hours, on-call telephone support Travel 25% after instructor qualification
