About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Network Deployment Tech Lead to own the technical execution of network deployment, including standards, tooling, and complex problem-solving across all site turn-ups. This role involves setting the technical playbook for Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) flows, validation suites, and acceptance criteria for each fabric. The Tech Lead will also handle escalated technical issues that others cannot resolve, such as problematic links or fabric convergence issues, and will be responsible for automating the turn-up process, transforming manual tasks into tooling. Fluidstack's mission is to make humanity more free by deploying civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. They are focused on delivering massive amounts of compute power rapidly by rethinking every layer of the technology stack, from acquiring power to operating data centers. Requirements

Senior technical experience on large network deployments.
Experience building ZTP and validation automation that ran at scale.
Ability to debug link and fabric issues from optics to routing.
Proven track record of leading deployments that finish clean, with no outstanding issues.

Nice To Haves

InfiniBand and RoCE experience.
Experience with 100k+ GPU fabrics.
Python or Go automation experience.
Optics-level debugging skills.
