About The Position

This role is built for technicians who are working in data centers and want more than just installs or tickets. This is not a short-term gig — it’s a career-building move. You won’t just be running cable — you’ll be validating entire network environments before go-live, tracing circuits end-to-end (Layer 1–3), reading and working from engineering diagrams & EDPs, identifying issues before they become outages, and acting as a key part of network quality and accuracy. Think: hands-on + analytical + high-impact work inside data centers. This is a pipeline into network engineering, not just another contract.

Requirements

• Working in data centers
• High-level network validation & troubleshooting
• Tracing circuits end-to-end (Layer 1–3)
• Reading and working from engineering diagrams & EDPs
• Identifying issues before they become outages
• Hands-on + analytical + high-impact work inside data centers

Responsibilities

• Perform network audits & infrastructure validation
• Build and maintain circuit maps and topology diagrams
• Troubleshoot connectivity + configuration issues
• Validate fiber, copper, and device connectivity
• Compare real-world installs vs engineering designs
• Document findings and work with engineers to resolve gaps
