About The Position
We have an opportunity with our Partner as a Network Business Analyst - Telecom Domain in Bellevue, WA for an onsite role. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Telecom Network Engineering & Automation with 8+ years of experience across telecom network operations, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Business Analysis foundation, deep network engineering domain expertise, and a clear automation and transformation mindset.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across telecom/network engineering, monitoring, and operations
- Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP
- Hands on experience with network monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar)
- Solid understanding of NOC operations, incident management, and ITIL processes
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Working knowledge of automation/scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, etc.)
