Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law.
- An established private practice.
- Must be licensed in the States You are Applying for.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning.
- Reciprocity with neighboring states.
