About The Position

The Network Architect will design and develop next-generation Wide Area Network (WAN) architectures using emerging technologies and innovative solutions to support a global enterprise environment. The role works with a collaborative team delivering network architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, project management, and security services. It also contributes to systems and cloud engineering initiatives that modernize applications and transition legacy systems to hybrid cloud environments. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher. Compensation includes a projected base salary range of $165,000–$210,000, plus benefits and bonus programs. Requirements

14 or more years of relevant Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope and complexity; alternatively, 10 or more years with a master's degree or 7 or more years with a Ph.D.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution; five additional years of relevant Systems Engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing network solutions using TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and IPv6/SRv6 (Segment Routing v6).
Strong understanding of Ethernet technologies, including 10G and 100G, and experience designing network solutions using these technologies.
Proven ability to design secure network architectures using IPsec, MACsec, and VPNs.
Proficiency with Cisco IOS and Juniper JUNOS operating systems.
Experience collaborating with vendors to evaluate proposed solutions and resolve escalated network hardware, software, and configuration issues.
Demonstrated ability to develop technical business cases for network development initiatives and proposed solutions.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience developing comprehensive test plans and testing network architectures and solutions.
Ability to provide Tier 3 technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing network sustainment.
Advanced Cisco and/or Juniper industry certifications, such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent credentials.
