About The Position
Pyramid Systems is seeking a Network Architect to support the modernization of a federal Client Management System. This role involves designing and securing network and cloud infrastructure integrated with Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, compliance, and secure data exchange with justice partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years Azure network design/configuration (certifications preferred).
- Knowledge of NIST, FedRAMP, FIPS, and cloud security frameworks.
- Experience with secure API/data exchange and DevSecOps practices.
Nice To Haves
- CISSP, CEH, or similar certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Azure networking (VNets, VPN, firewalls, private endpoints).
- Implement secure interconnections and zero-trust principles.
- Support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
- Document network architecture, diagrams, and configuration runbooks.
