About The Position

The Network Architect and Integration Lead (SDIN) supports the U.S. Space Force in developing, rapidly deploying, and integrating resilient space, ground, and user capabilities. The role bridges and synchronizes the SDIN and meshONE-T networking programs, each of which meets distinct operational requirements. It advises internal programs and external Mission Partners on network capabilities, solution selection, and interconnection frameworks. The position provides network integration leadership and program management for enterprise reviews and governance boards. It evaluates technical requirements, operational limitations, cost-benefit considerations, and cross-network efficiencies; maps technology, costs, onboarding timelines, team structures, and operational frameworks; and ensures interconnected architectures meet cybersecurity risk management and authorization boundaries. The role also leads technical discussions across design and engineering teams and communicates network dependencies and constraints to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity located at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, with 10% travel. The stated pay range is $120,000–$150,000 per year.
