About The Position

The Network Architect and Integration Lead role offers an opportunity to combine technical skills with big-picture thinking to impact U.S. Space Force capabilities for the warfighter. This position involves working with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to develop, rapidly deploy, and integrate the next generation of resilient space, ground, and user capabilities across the space enterprise. The role requires identifying areas needing urgent mitigation and developing advanced technology solutions. The Network Integrator will perform Network Integration leadership and program management, analyze problems, develop technical reports, make recommendations, and work with government and corporate executive leaders and stakeholders to implement solutions. This is a critical, newly created role designed to bridge, advance, and synchronize two distinct networking programs (SDIN and meshONE-T), serving as the primary advisor and technical liaison. Responsibilities include helping internal programs and external Mission Partners evaluate network capabilities, choose appropriate solutions, and develop robust interconnection frameworks. This involves mapping underlying technology, costing models, onboarding timelines, team structures, and operational frameworks, defining technical requirements, operational limitations, cost-benefit analyses, and cross-network efficiencies. A key aspect is navigating cybersecurity compliance to ensure all interconnected architectures meet stringent risk management and authorization boundaries. The role also entails leading cross-functional technical discussions and translating complex network capabilities, dependencies, and constraints into clear guidance for various stakeholders.
