About The Position

The Network and Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and security of the organization’s enterprise network and systems infrastructure. This role blends hands-on network engineering with systems and cloud administration, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in network and systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS, and DMZ design.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.

Nice To Haves

• Cisco CCNA or Meraki certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified administrator certifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Administer Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and dashboards.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VLANs, QoS, routing, and DMZ architectures.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identities and access controls.
• Support Azure resources related to networking, compute, and identity.
• Implement Conditional Access and MFA policies.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange Online.
• Support and govern SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor service health and resolve incidents impacting collaboration tools.
