What A Day In The Life Looks Like: Manage Nesnah Ventures’ and portfolio companies’ networks, ensuring LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, and ICS systems run smoothly. Oversee Active Directory and Entra ID, handling user accounts, permissions, policies, and secure access controls. Co-maintain cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, and network security measures. Administer VOIP and phone systems, including call recording, user setup, and vendor coordination. Monitor and enhance cybersecurity, implementing MFA, SSO, incident response plans, and training users on security best practices. Lead technology projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve system efficiency and business continuity.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a technology-related field
  • Minimum 4 years in technology with server & network management
  • Microsoft Azure Platform
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Service
  • Exchange Online
  • Cisco & Meraki Switches
  • Palo Alto Firewalls

Responsibilities
