Peraton is currently seeking a Network Analyst to operate and maintain the Army-Wide Network Enterprise, providing services to over a million users throughout the world for both Unclassified and Classified networks. The role involves interfacing with Remote Network Enterprise Centers (RNEC) and Defense Information Systems Agencies (DISA), installing, configuring, and maintaining network protocols on Cisco and Juniper devices, and resolving network connectivity and performance issues. The analyst will also be responsible for determining system efficiency, reliability, and compatibility, updating network designs, analyzing network traffic, providing technical assistance during service interruptions, monitoring network performance, and performing advanced troubleshooting. Additionally, the position requires maintaining professionalism in high-stress situations, briefing government officials, protecting networks from cyber threats, reviewing network documentation, training personnel, and conducting research and development for future network capabilities. The analyst will also update procedures for network hardware and software installation, operation, and maintenance.
