About The Position

The IT Network Analyst III is responsible for providing support for network architecture, infrastructure design, administration, implementation and operations. You will analyze and fix network systems and traffic in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner to meet our customer’s business requirements and ensure optimal performance. The ability to handle a range of sophisticated assignments is key to being successful!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years’ IT experience
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in network design and implementation of Cisco routers/switches/Wi-Fi, Wireless (Radios, Microwave, Satellite), and WAN/LAN
  • Current Cisco CCNA or CCIE

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical expertise in the management of a public and/or private network
  • Handles a variety of complex network assignments
  • Installs, supports and/or maintains local (LAN) and/or wide area networks (WAN)
  • Performs technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations
  • Monitors data traffic/controls network performance to ensure high-quality transmission
  • Provides Enterprise Core Networking design
  • Tests and analyzes network communications, routers and switches
  • Provides network field network architecture, infrastructure design, administration, implementation and support in analyzing and troubleshooting network systems/traffic in a timely, cost-effective/efficient manner to meet requirements and ensure optimal performance
  • Other duties as assigned
