About The Position

This position will support the network and security teams by installing, maintaining, and monitoring the organization's enterprise infrastructure. This role serves as an Advanced Tier 2 / Tier 3 resource and focuses on reliability, security, and performance of servers, workstations, security systems, IP phone systems, imaging systems, and WAN/LAN/WLAN environments.

Professional with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced with installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and supporting infrastructure and application systems.
Analyze scenarios using sound technical judgment.
Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with team members and vendors.
Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Adaptable to changing conditions and manage competing demands.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Advanced training in networking, servers, and endpoint management.

• Networking fundamentals: OSI Model; firewalls (Palo Alto); VPN; switching (VLAN, trunking, STP); routing (OSPF/BGP)

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications and infrastructure systems
• Manage setup and configuration of security, networking, and application systems
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and performance
• Serve as escalation support for complex infrastructure issues
