About The Position

The Network Administrator is a member of Reply's U.S. Infrastructure team, responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's internal network environment across U.S. operations. This role partners closely with global IT colleagues to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology services. In addition to network administration responsibilities, the position supports a broad range of ICT initiatives and projects that enable business operations and continued growth across the organization.

Requirements

  • Based in Chicago, in office fulltime
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting Cisco enterprise networking technologies including switching, routing, wireless, VPN, and firewall solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, VPN technologies, wireless networking, and network security.
  • Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
  • Experience managing enterprise firewalls, Internet connectivity, and network security.
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS endpoints.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple office locations.
