About The Position

We are seeking a Network Administrator to support enterprise network infrastructure and identity services within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. This role focuses on network deployments, troubleshooting, security enhancements, and identity-based networking initiatives such as SD-WAN and PKI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
• 3+ years of experience with switches, wireless access points installation & troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and authentication services
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
• Strong experience with network documentation and diagrams
• Candidate must be a current resident within the Eastern Time Zone
• Must be willing to relocate to SC prior to start (own expense)
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders daily
• Valid driver’s license required
• Travel within South Carolina to field offices as needed

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft
• Experience with networking training programs or bootcamps

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
• Support routers, switches, wireless access points, and connectivity services
• Perform network deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Monitor and resolve network and connectivity issues
• Provide support for Windows-based systems and mobile devices
• Manage and resolve tickets in the support system
• Support SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
• Assist in implementing identity-based networking solutions
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies
• Create and maintain network diagrams and technical documentation
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional IT and business teams
• Travel to field offices for installations and support
• Assist with hardware setup, including racking equipment
