About The Position

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. The role involves providing IT support and troubleshooting across multiple locations, including user support, hardware management, software installation and configuration, and help desk management. General IT responsibilities include technology integration, documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, and providing training and education to staff.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support to staff and residents across all locations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of computer hardware, printers, and other office equipment across all locations.
Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches on devices across all locations.
Manage and escalate IT support tickets from multiple locations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Work with leadership to integrate new technologies, including hardware and software solutions, that improve operational efficiency across the entire senior living network.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for network infrastructure, IT systems, inventory of hardware, and software licenses for all locations.
Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including HIPAA, data privacy laws, and senior living industry standards across multiple sites.
Lead or facilitate IT training sessions for staff at all locations, educating them on basic IT usage, security protocols, and best practices.
