Leidos is seeking an IT Network Administrator for its Ft Worth Data Center to support the 24x7x365 Flight Service IT Operation. This role is crucial for maintaining complex multi-platform environments that support general aviation pilots with safety flight briefings, search and rescue activities, and ground-to-air communication systems. The administrator will also be responsible for supporting deployed Leidos Corporate internal network file servers, desktops, notebooks, and printers within the Ft Worth facility. This position requires after-hours support, independent problem resolution, and the implementation of new hardware in production computer rooms, completing tasks that cannot be done during regular shifts to minimize risks. The role involves maintaining technical expertise in network and computer hardware/software, coordinating third-party maintenance, troubleshooting user issues, and supporting network engineers. A key responsibility is the "Break/Fix" support for all Flight Service operational enterprise equipment and systems 24x7x365, as directed by the FFSP Service Desk and Subject Matter Experts. The role also includes all desktop software support within the facility and administering domain resources to ensure secure and viable internal Leidos and FFSP operational networks and systems.
