Network Administrator (Korean Bilingual)
About The Position
The Network Administrator manages WAN circuits, Layer 3 switching, and company network infrastructure. The role supports Azure network integration, administers Fortinet hardware VPN, and oversees G-Cloud network management. It provides Tier 2 support for plant Layer 2 and wireless issues and Tier 1 support for office networks. The position administers G-Cloud user security solutions, including Printer Chaser, and manages the G-Cloud Web Proxy and Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewall. It also oversees the user firewall (Zscaler) and other security solutions such as NAC and IPS. Server responsibilities include maintaining G-Cloud servers such as MECM, AD, Printer Chaser, and Web Proxy; managing on-premise servers including DHCP, File Server, and Plant Systems; and collaborating with AWS headquarters on server interfaces and onsite support. The administrator also assists with company IT infrastructure and security projects and collaborates with local IT teams and remote support teams to ensure seamless operations. The role is full-time and on-site in Irvine, California. Bilingual English/Korean skills are required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in routing and switching technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, and Azure Networking.
- Hands-on experience with VPN (hardware/software), NAC, firewall, web proxy, and IPS solutions.
- Experience with wireless network management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of server administration, including Windows Server, AD, DHCP, and MECM.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Bilingual English/Korean skills.
Nice To Haves
- CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Azure Network Engineer, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with G-Cloud infrastructure and AWS server environments.
- Background in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with company IT security solutions and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
