About The Position

The Network Administrator will be responsible for administering and supporting enterprise network operations, including LAN, WAN, and Data Centre environments. This role involves working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure the availability, capacity, and performance of network services, as well as managing incident, problem, and change management processes. A critical aspect of this role is cloud network integration, specifically supporting Azure and AVS networking, including ExpressRoute configuration and troubleshooting for hybrid connectivity between on-premise data centres, AVS private cloud, and Azure native services. The administrator will also support network infrastructure lifecycle and refresh programs, including switch, router, and firewall upgrades, and Wi-Fi infrastructure refreshes. Additionally, the role involves managing network security and perimeter services, application delivery and load balancing, enterprise Wi-Fi, and supporting networking for AI Data Centres. Key responsibilities include monitoring, logging, optimization, MSP and vendor coordination, and maintaining documentation and governance processes.
