Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the organization's IT systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity and performance issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT operations.
