About The Position

In this role, you will be working as a Network Administrator for a client that works in the IT industry. This position will be responsible for doing daily helpdesk tasks and troubleshooting for a local client. This is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with IT Helpdesk
• Knowledge of firewalls, Active Directory, switches etc.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Doing daily helpdesk tasks

• Set up new users
• Help with software upgrades
• Perform troubleshooting
