About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to join our growing team. This hybrid role is located in Winchester, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and coordinating the usage of local and wide area networks (LAN and WAN), electronic mail, telecommunications, and PC based systems and related software within a cybersecurity environment. Responsibilities include evaluating hardware and software, setting up and administering security procedures, troubleshooting problems, recommending and implementing LAN policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to security procedures, and training users on LAN operations and procedures. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain any required Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph eligibility throughout their employment.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in Network Administration
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with government AWS SCS2 and C2S enclaves

  • Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.
  • Desired experience working with Secret Cloud on Premise (SCOP)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) within a cybersecurity environment.
  • Support and maintain electronic mail, telecommunications, PC-based systems, and related software.
  • Evaluate and support network hardware, software, peripherals, output devices, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Establish, implement, and administer network security procedures and controls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement LAN policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure network operations and users adhere to established cybersecurity and security procedures.
  • Train users on LAN operations and procedures.
