About The Position

We’re looking for a system administrator who specializes in Windows Group policy and RBAC with a background in VMware, NetApp, or TTC to help us evolve and deploy new capabilities and technologies. As a system administrator on our project, you’ll ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available while updating and patching critical systems. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your system administrator expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like virtual networking, classified cloud integration, and voice technologies. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting server administration
  • 3+ years of experience managing Group Policy updates
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Ivanti or Splunk
  • Experience providing customer support to end users, including in person, through email, or over the phone
  • Knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues, including software applications
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Security+ Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using VMWare vSphere or Horizon
  • Experience working in SAPF and SCIF environments
  • Experience with Everfox Trusted Thin Client (TTC)
  • Experience with applying DoD STIGs
  • Knowledge of RedHat Linux server administration
  • Ability to create and update support documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, or Information Systems
  • CCNA or CCNP Certification
