ECS is seeking a Network Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program. In this role, you will serve as an Information Systems Security Officer (RMF) supporting Task 3 — Cybersecurity Operations Support — by executing and sustaining Risk Management Framework activities for assigned information systems across ARNG classified and unclassified environments. You will develop and maintain core RMF documentation, manage eMASS records, track POA&M remediation, validate security control effectiveness, and coordinate with system owners, ISSMs, engineers, and Authorizing Officials to help maintain compliant, auditable systems that support Defensive Cyberspace Operations – Internal Defensive Measures (DCO-IDM) across the DoDIN-A(NG) area of responsibility. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. This position directly supports ARNG’s mission to deliver secure DoDIN services to more than 120,000 users and approximately 141,000 endpoints across roughly 2,800 sites in 54 states and territories. The role contributes to mission continuity for Title 10 and Title 32 operations, mobilization readiness, domestic emergency response, and classified SIPRNet operations by sustaining authorization packages and continuous monitoring activities in accordance with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity policy. The technical environment includes eMASS-based authorization workflows, RMF artifacts aligned to NIST SP 800-53 Rev 4/5 and CNSSI 1253, and coordination across operational and cybersecurity stakeholders supporting the broader ENOCS cyber ecosystem.
