About The Position

This role involves general IT knowledge across networking, systems, web, and cybersecurity, with enough understanding to communicate effectively and triage issues. The Network Administrator will coordinate or manage IT vendors or contractors, acting as a liaison between non-technical agency staff and technical contractors. Key responsibilities include tracking open tickets, following up on deliverables, and escalating issues as needed. Experience in a small office or government environment is preferred, and familiarity with Commonwealth of Virginia IT standards (VITA) is a plus.

Responsibilities
