About The Position

The NetSuite Sales Executive oversees complex ERP sales transactions on a regular basis. Advises and mentors Associate and Senior Associate level staff. Demonstrates high level proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, and coordination of lead generation activities that support Eide Bailly Technology Consulting objectives and growth goals. Demonstrates strong product and consulting services knowledge of ERP solution offerings as well as continuously developing sales skills. Effectively researches to uncover valuable information about prospects that will have high impact on lead qualification. Understands of target audience including industry knowledge, key business issues Eide Bailly ERP solutions can address, industry trends, and competition. Interacts by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-level executives. Analyzes prospect business needs. Engages with practice Directors on a regular basis to share well organized and proficient pipeline updates and review calendar of events. Shares best practices and is accountable for results to contribute to the team and the Firm’s success. Actively participates in the area of business development including planning, promoting, participating in and representing the Firm at events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed. Trains and mentors lower-level staff on the various aspects of a sales transaction and delegates work based on availability and experience. Participates in community organizations and industry functions. Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional selling environment required.
  • Expertise in selling principles including consultative and relationship selling, territory planning, account planning, multi-level prospecting, negotiation and problem solving skills necessary.
  • Prior experience with NetSuite required; Microsoft and/or Sage preferred.
  • You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Advanced knowledge in account strategies and consultative selling.
  • Ability to define and evaluate customer needs and devise solutions including listening and understanding complex issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of automated productivity tools to manage pipeline, develop analysis, make presentations and communicate effectively with all audiences.
  • Ability to handle rejection with poise, work well with others and display effective self-motivation and drive.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office and using various software packages.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

  • Prior experience with NetSuite required; Microsoft and/or Sage preferred.
