NetSuite Principal Consultant
About The Position
Vursor is looking for a skilled NetSuite Principal Consultant for a growing North American Alliance Partner. This full-time role involves managing and coordinating project teams, implementing plans, and enabling business process reviews. The consultant will be responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, directing work streams, and supporting implementations. Key activities in the first few months include providing NetSuite consulting expertise using industry-premier best practices, business analysis, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients' most complex requirements; conducting business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration requirements on-site and remotely; implementing and deploying solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements; migrating legacy transactional and entity data from the client's existing system to NetSuite; and troubleshooting issues that arise during configuration sessions.
Requirements
- NetSuite Consulting Experience, preferably 3+ years
- Ability to participate in multiple engagements actively, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel through implementation
- Experience leading full-cycle implementations

- 7+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations as the lead consultant
- Experience mentoring and upskilling Jr. consultants and helping them grow their NetSuite knowledge
