- Configuration: Decide when standard configuration is sufficient versus when custom development is required.
- Testing and Deployment: Establish testing criteria, deploy scripts, and ensure system stability.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Deliver enhancements, performance improvements, and scaling solutions.
