About The Position

Doozy Solutions is seeking a full-time NetSuite Consultant to support implementations of Crafted ERP, a NetSuite-based solution tailored for the beverage manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, possess experience with specific NetSuite modules (WIP & Routings, MRP, Fixed Assets), and be eager to become proficient with Crafted ERP's platform. This role involves managing multiple projects, interacting with customers as an industry specialist, and contributing to the company's purpose of powering the future of beverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on NetSuite implementation or support experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation (discovery through go-live)
• NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification (strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of MRP, work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), routing, backward/forward scheduling, and supply planning
• Experience with inventory and production-related modules including Assembly Items, Work Order Completion, Advanced Bin/Lot Numbering, and Costing (standard, average, or FIFO)
• Experience configuring and using the Fixed Assets Management (FAM) module
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management: acquisition, depreciation schedules (straight-line, declining balance, etc.), revaluation, transfers, and disposal
• Data migration experience
• Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementations of Crafted ERP Edition as an industry specialist focusing on liquid batch manufacturing, barrel management processes and data quality activities
• Lead sessions with the customer’s production and logistics / warehouse teams for data review, testing and training leveraging leading practices for Crafted ERP and NetSuite
• Participate in monthly, on-site go-lives with beverage companies across North America and abroad
• Liaise with Doozy Product Management team to provide feature feedback and roadmap considerations
• Manage TTB data collection, validation and sign-off with customer compliance personnel
• Collaborate with the Doozy Delivery Management team on improvements to implementation methodology and overall customer project experience
• Act as advocate for Crafted ERP across industry associations and conferences
• Complete NetSuite and consulting training to build skillsets complementary to the Crafted ERP product and implementation methodology
