About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our growing team. This is a critical role responsible for the configuration, customization, maintenance, and support of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite modules and be adept at translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dedicated NetSuite Administrator supporting a global organization
Proven experience with NetSuite ERP administration, configuration, and customization.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, Suite Script).
Familiarity with Suite Script (1.0/2.0) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Very strong attention to details
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to translate company needs into functional specifications.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Suite Foundation certification or other NetSuite certifications.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment, including managing user roles, permissions, and security settings.
Configure and customize NetSuite forms, fields, records, saved searches, workflows, and reports to meet specific business needs.
Provide end-user training and support for NetSuite functionality, troubleshooting issues, and managing support tickets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement system enhancements and new features.
Manage NetSuite upgrades, testing, and deployment of system changes.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Assist with the integration of NetSuite with other third-party applications.
Work with the finance and operations teams to optimize NetSuite functionality, particularly in areas like Advanced Financials, Inventory Management, Suite Billing & Suite Tax.
