About The Position

BCES Global is seeking a NETA Technical Service Manager to join their team. This role involves delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality power-system services across industrial, commercial, utility, and mission-critical environments. The position requires combining deep local expertise with enterprise-level resources to support grid reliability, system upgrades, predictive maintenance, and emergency response across Canada and the US.

Requirements

Active NETA Certification
5+ years of LV/MV electrical testing and maintenance experience
Proficiency in core testing procedures, including insulation resistance, breaker timing, hi-pot, relay testing, and thermographic surveys
Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, NETA MTS, and NEC
Experience leading field crews with direct responsibility for safety and work quality
Hands-on technical expertise
Ability to document findings clearly for client delivery
Comfort working in critical environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites
