Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience working with data management, data analytics and or governance.
Capability to evaluate business needs and risks broadly across the enterprise.
Advanced communication and influencing skills that can be used across a diverse audience, including senior management, which drive results without unnecessary conflict.
Associate's Degree or greater

Nice To Haves

Experience with DB PostgreSQL strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Ability to design and recommend governance structures and control frameworks for the ongoing management of data.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of data governance and quality issues.
Personal initiative to find opportunities, lead change, improve processes, and solve problems.
Risk Management Understands the basic elements of risk and control within the organization.
Financials Resource Management Basic understanding of financial data and the impact that their role has within a team.
