About The Position

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with a strong background in enterprise application development and a passion for technical leadership. The ideal candidate will guide development teams in designing, building, and maintaining robust .NET applications, driving innovation through modern engineering practices and AI-assisted tools. This role involves significant architectural responsibilities, mentoring, and collaboration across various teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Development.
• 8+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET.
• 8+ years of experience in Web API Development.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture & Design Patterns.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server or Sybase.
• 5+ years of experience in CI/CD Pipeline Implementation.
• 5+ years of experience with Git Version Control.
• 5+ years of experience with MongoDB.
• 5+ years of experience with Elasticsearch / Kibana.
• 5+ years of experience with Redis.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Leadership & Team Mentoring.
• 3+ years of experience in Secure Coding Practices.
• 2+ years of experience with AI-Assisted Development Tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Sybase.
• Proficiency in Git and modern source control practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Angular and modern front-end development frameworks.
• Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solution development.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized application deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity.
