About The Position

TekWissen is recruiting a .Net full stack developer with AI Agent Framework experience for a six-month temporary assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. The position is hybrid and focuses on .NET development, AI-assisted coding, and AI agent-based applications. The developer will work with cross-functional requirements and solution architecture to translate high-level needs into techno-functional requirements. Experience with call center IVR and voice or chat AI agents is relevant to the role.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• 10 or more years of experience in .NET programming, including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with C#, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding using AI agentic frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases such as Sybase or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git version control.
• Understanding of call center IVR or agentic AI-based applications.
• Good understanding of generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
• Understanding of agentic AI evaluations.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MS Agent Framework, agentic AI solutions, and spec-driven development.
• Awareness of Angular.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Experience with Carelon SCS applications and business processes.
• Understanding of voice or chat AI agents.
