Build new online products and services delivered through our mobile and desktop online banking platforms as part of a team or solo. Utilize .NET programming languages to build front-end user experiences and backend solutions following requirements specified by stakeholders. Learn and implement new technologies that benefits MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and its members. Effectively manage time and tasks to produce deliverables on time. Participate in peer reviews to ensure the highest code quality and security. Work with other departments and individuals to ensure requirements are identified and met to deliver high-quality solutions to our membership. Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits, procedures, and security guidelines. Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services. Communicate professionally and efficiently with all departments, vendors, and internal teams while promoting collaboration and service excellence. Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and professionalism at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A passion for creating amazing applications and user experiences.
• A 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience working as a full stack developer utilizing .NET Technologies.
• Able to manage shifting priorities and workloads while handling multiple tasks.
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independent with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work Monday through Friday in 8 hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Heavy emphasis on MVC development is a plus.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server, WCF, Web API, REST API, IOS and Android development a plus.
• Proven experience with UI/UX design principals a plus.
