About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced .Net Developer to lead application enhancements and rewrites across 24 applications. This role involves modernizing .NET (MVC to .NET Core), React, and Python applications, driving the adoption of microservices architecture, and leveraging AI coding tools to improve development productivity. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership and collaborate effectively with the onsite stakeholder team.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in application development/architecture
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, React, Python, and microservices
- Experience with legacy modernization and E2E transformation programs
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude/Copilot)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work onsite
